Electrics
BT fibre optic broadband will be connected to each
property. CAT 6 internal cabling will be used internally
for telephone and computer use.
Recessed LED down-lighters feature in kitchens, bathrooms
and en-suites. Under pelmet lights will add ambience to the

A selection of facing bricks from Weinberger such as
Kansas & Reno are matched with Marley Eternit Mendip
pantiles in either Old English Dark Red or Smooth Brown.

Hardiplank coloured boarding. All windows, soffits and facias
are White UPVC for ease of customer care and maintenance.
