Born and raised in Colchester, Mike’s local knowledge is unparalleled. Michael’s career in agency began at the tender age of just 16. Just two years later Michael became the manager of a highly reputable estate agents in Braintree before moving his career focus toward the Colchester market where he was an award winning senior manager for one of the country’s largest independent agents for over 7 years. Michael has worked through all kinds of markets, good and bad and therefore has a huge amount of experience and knowledge in valuing and selling property in all market conditions.

Wivenhoe born and bred, Aaron not only has an absolute appreciation of the place in which he lives and works but he is also passionate about his community. Local sport has been a large part of Aarons commitment to his home town and he has actively been involved in sports with the local schools and the Colne football college. Advancing to play semi-professional football for Wivenhoe and Brightlingsea. Before joining the property industry, Aaron worked for the local Wivenhoe supermarket and then latterly a large corporate property company, he gained a huge understanding of the industry but most importantly, an understanding of the importance of customer care, especially when working locally. Aaron is best placed in his home town to assist and support all of our clients with their house move. Irina joined the team in January 2018, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the property market. Irina has been working in the industry for over 12 years now and in an extensive list of roles, therefore has brought a whole new depth of knowledge and expertise to the Colchester office – In particular in valuing property. Irina is passionate, conscientious and prides herself dearly in customer care – We are truly privileged to have her on board and excited about her future within the company.
Entirely homegrown, Connor began his career in the property industry within our firm in 2017 and has truly excelled ever since. We have received nothing but positive feedback from our client base, whether it be from prospective buyers on accompanied viewings or vendors receiving his daily feedback calls. Connor’s organisation, along with his quite remarkable determination to succeed have proved key factors in his promotion from a trainee to Sales Consultant in just four months from starting with us – He has a very bright future indeed.
Maria brings to Michaels Property Consultants a vast experience of the Colchester Letting Market having worked in the town for 9 years. Amanda is the engine room of the office, her organisation skills ensure that the day to day running of the branch is smooth and assists us greatly in upholding our high standards at all times. Ella joins the Lettings Division eager to learn and succeed in this dynamic area of our business. Trainee Lettings Consultant
Coming from a lettings business background, Harley is most comfortable servicing the needs of her clients and doing this with confidence and professionalism. She will ensure that the lettings process is followed to the note and her knowledge and experience provides her clients with the reassurances needed, when venturing into the world of renting a property. Harley’s success is purely down to her tenacious personality and her integrity to ensure that each transaction is seamless and problem free.
Senior Lettings Consultant

Highly experienced in the field of property maintenance and management, Laura has an enthusiasm for problem solving and an innate nature to deliver and resolve when required. Her humour and energy, along with years of experience, make her the ideal property manager for every landlord and tenant alike.
