Positioned in the heart of this historic town, our offices take prime location in an elegant and beautifully restored early Victorian property, which sits on the prestigious Crouch Street. Crouch Street has for many years been awarded the accolade of being the ‘Little Hamptons’, the road is full of quaint and bespoke shops, adorable eateries and of course a great Property Consultants! Since opening our doors to business in March 2013, we have taken the town and surrounding area by storm. All staff are local to the area and they have a great understanding and insight into the local market conditions. All of our team have worked in property, within the town for many years and unlike any other agent, Michaels really does have brand loyalty. “There is nothing more rewarding than a potential customer asking us if we can provide them with the same service as we gave to their friend. Born and raised in Colchester, Mike’s local knowledge is unparalleled. He has worked as an agent in the town for over ten years, building an exceptional reputation for himself with his professional, tenacious and friendly approach to his job. Working his way from a trainee to local partner in one of the country’s largest estate agency groups, he has unrivalled experience in the busiest of market places whilst upholding excellent standards of personal customer service.

Just two years later Michael became the manager of a highly reputable estate agents in Braintree before moving his career focus toward the Colchester market where he was an award winning senior manager for one of the country’s largest independent agents for over 7 years. Michael has worked through all kinds of markets, good and bad and therefore has a huge amount of experience and knowledge in valuing and selling property in all market conditions.

Wivenhoe born and bred, Aaron not only has an absolute appreciation of the place in which he lives and works but he is also passionate about his community. Local sport has been a large part of Aarons commitment to his home town and he has actively been involved in sports with the local schools and the Colne football college. Advancing to play semi-professional football for Wivenhoe and Brightlingsea. Before joining the property industry, Aaron worked for the local Wivenhoe supermarket and then latterly a large corporate property company, he gained a huge understanding of the industry but most importantly, an understanding of the importance of customer care, especially when working locally. Aaron is best placed in his home town to assist and support all of our clients with their house move. Not only is his local knowledge a great asset but his personal connections demonstrate his transparency and trustworthiness when providing advice. “When you work in your home town advising friends, family and friends of friends – you can’t be anything other than completely authentic, we all need to live together.” Aaron has always had a passion for property and architecture and he has a real interest in the history of the area.
